scope_ Re-branding, UX and UI strategy definition

the project_
As part of the e-commerce team, I worked closely with the development team to define all system requirements in terms of responsiveness, UI, UX, and technical integrations for the e-commerce platform.
The first phase of the project lasted two years, during which the brand’s website was re-launched in the “regions” of Europe, Australia, the US, Japan, and China.
The second phase then required coordination with regional teams to tailor the web communication to the specific needs of each market, creating customized content and campaigns.
In parallel, I oversaw the early stages of website personalization development, gathering data and requirements to create a user experience based on individual visits, tailored to each person’s characteristics and preferences.
my role_ Testing, support to the WW Digital Strategic Business Development Manager, coordinating delivery for digital projects, setting up digital campaigns, uploading content to the CMS system, training, and business analysis.
