Contribute to the rebranding of a NH Collection Hotel into nhow Roma, supporting its transformation into a bold, contemporary lifestyle hotel where the city’s rich history meets modern design, immersive experiences, and guest engagement—all under the Thai Minor Hotels group.

Key contributions included:

Brand storytelling & positioning: Conceptualized and produced a distinctive brand voice, positioning nhow Roma as a playful, cosmopolitan lifestyle destination for experience-driven travelers and ensuring it across all digital and physical touch points.

Website & SEO content: Developed and optimized copy for room categories, guest experiences, and hotel features, enhancing digital visibility.

Guest communications, collaterals and stationaries: Oversaw and coordinated the creation and implementation of in-hotel messaging and all stationery (environmental messages, in-room stationeries, and other touchpoints), ensuring consistency, tone, and quality.

Social media & content strategy: Conceptualized and produced Social Media campaigns, narratives, and activations to drive engagement, showcase the hotel’s experiences, strengthening brand image.

Shooting coordination: Managed all in-hotel shooting activities, including scheduling, crew coordination, and execution to ensure seamless production and brand-aligned visual content.

Experiential campaigns & guerrilla marketing: Designed, coordinated, and executed creative city activations.

Culinary & lifestyle promotion: Crafted copy and concepts for dining experiences, meeting spaces, and lifestyle offerings, emphasizing shareability and experiential impact.
